Their story actually starts 9 months prior to them actually meeting. Some would say they were in right place at the right time.... well at least for Christina. A family friend of theirs was having their baby shower, and Christina was helping out the sisters with the games. Crossing the grass, Christina has noticed this guy, but of course she noticed the Raider hat first. She was just going around helping the girls with the measuring of the belly game and noticed a guy in a blue flannel and black Raider hat. The next day she mentioned it to the girls about this mystery guy, and to say the least they were surprised, but we did not know who it was. Come 9 months later at a birthday party, she finally sees him again. She then tells her friends that he was the one from the baby shower. They then explain to her that he was Joey, one of the nice guys. One of the sisters proceeds to introduce them together. Christina left that night not knowing she would later get a add on Instagram a couple weeks later. This happens of course because at Joey's nephew's first birthday, the girls told Joey "My friend thinks your handsome." Which was a lie that worked! After Joey then adding Christina on Instagram, the two started talking right away. That of course because Christina slipped in the DMs. The two clicked right away. It felt like they knew each other for a long time. With the many dates they went on the chemistry grew and grew. After nearly two years of dating Joey sealed the deal with a ring. Both of them not ever thinking they would be getting married, look where we are at. Many say they didn't understand how they didn't date sooner, but they always say it's a blessing how they were at the right place at the right time.
